The Volleyball Team of the Institute triumphed gallantly in a meet at Delta State. In recognition of the giant strides of the team in and out of Oyo State, the Captain, Mr. Ayokunnu Aboderin, has been enlisted among the training crew of 19 Girls in preparation for the World Championship in Hungary/Croatia. The national training camp first phase started from 22nd April – 1st of May, while the second and final phase will be coming up from 1st to 31st of July 2023. The competition is billed to commence from 1st of August in Hungary/Croatia. Additionally, the Sports Committee ably led by the Head, Admin and Supplies, Mr. Onatunde-Onanuga received donations of 2 footballs, a boot and 18 jerseys from Mr. David Abraham, a former CRIN footballer. Also, Olusola Balogun, CRIN volleyball player is now a national referee and international umpire. The Chairman appreciated the ED for his unflinching support.
